Master Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all travel services arranged by Alla Tua LLC. By booking travel with us, submitting payment, or signing a trip agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Our Role

Alla Tua LLC acts as a principal tour operator for custom itineraries and hosted tours. We work with carefully selected independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, guides, and activity operators.

All suppliers are independent contractors. Alla Tua LLC does not own or operate these services and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or financial default.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the travel services giving rise to a claim.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are per person unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is subject to change until deposit is received. After deposit, pricing is guaranteed except for government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations beyond our control.

Payment schedules are outlined in your trip-specific agreement. Failure to make payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation and applicable penalties.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are detailed in your trip-specific agreement and reflect supplier commitments and operational costs incurred.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Airfare is governed solely by airline fare rules and may be non-refundable or issued as future credit subject to carrier restrictions.

No refunds are provided for unused services after travel has commenced.

4. Changes

Changes requested after confirmation may result in supplier penalties and administrative fees. Applicable costs will be communicated at the time of request.

5. Travel Protection

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Many policies require purchase within a limited timeframe (often 14–21 days from initial deposit) to qualify for certain benefits such as pre-existing medical condition waivers or Cancel For Any Reason coverage.

Alla Tua LLC is not an insurance provider and cannot guarantee coverage decisions. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and selecting appropriate coverage.

6. Force Majeure

Alla Tua LLC is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, travel restrictions, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, or supplier insolvency.

In such cases, refunds, if any, are limited to recoverable funds from suppliers less operational and administrative costs incurred.

7. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required documentation for all destinations.

Passports are typically required to be valid for at least six months beyond the return date unless otherwise specified.

Alla Tua LLC assumes no responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

8. Health & Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for complying with all health requirements, vaccination regulations, and entry protocols for their destinations.

We recommend consulting official government and health authority resources prior to travel.

9. Transportation & Schedule Changes

Airlines and transportation providers operate under their own terms and may change schedules, equipment, or routing. Travelers are responsible for reconfirming flight times and complying with check-in requirements.

10. Baggage & Personal Property

Baggage policies are determined by the operating carrier. Travelers are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings throughout travel.

11. Payment Authorization & Disputes

By submitting payment, you authorize Alla Tua LLC to process charges in accordance with your trip agreement.

In the event of a concern or dispute, you agree to notify Alla Tua LLC directly to allow for resolution prior to initiating a chargeback.

Cancellation penalties and supplier-imposed fees are enforceable per your signed agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
